Kind Roots Nachos



Kind Roots Nachos are the perfect meal, taco Tuesday side or March Madness snack!


Here's what you'll need:


Ingredients:


Kind Roots Veggie Burgers

Tortilla Chips

Nacho Cheese


Optional add-ons:

Jalapeno

Red onion

Tomato/Pico de gallo

Black beans

Pickled onions

Shredded cheddar

Green onions

Corn/Corn salsa

Avocado/Guacomole

Black olives

Sour cream

Roasted peppers

Salsa


To assemble:


Preheat oven to 375 F

Cook your Kind Roots burgers according to the package (I like to just microwave for a recipe like this) and chop into small pieces

Line a pan with aluminum foil

Layer chips with drizzles of nacho cheese in between

Top with Kind Roots veggie burgers and any toppings you want to heat up

Bake for 8-10 minutes

Top with additional cold toppings

Enjoy!
